These caramels are terrific! The combination of a few simple ingredients creates something utterly transcendent. These caramels are slow cooked in small batches and made to order in a nut free facility. Also, they are gluten, soy, high fructose, and trans-fat free. Using only the highest quality ingredients with no added preservatives or artificial flavors.
The OMG! is the original soft caramel blanketed in Guittard smooth milk chocolate and dusted with Fleur de Sel sea salt on top. (Heavy cream, butter, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, 38% cacao milk chocolate, and fleur de sel.) Each bag contains 12 caramels. We combine the OMG! with the Sea Salt.
For something slightly off the beaten path, try this scrumptious sea salt caramel. Fleur de Sel sea salt is added into the original vanilla caramel recipe, creating sweet and savory fireworks!
