If Something Arrives Damaged
We want every gift to feel just right. If something arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. Simply send us:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item (and packaging if possible)

We will review everything and take care of you with a replacement or refund if needed.
