How are you staying connected

Sometimes it feels tough and overwhelming to stay on top of all items on our things to do list, especially as it pertains to staying in touch with our clients.
It is okay to occasionally feel this way, but the trick is to quickly have a solution to solve the feeling of overwhelm.
Three areas to look at...
1. Who has the perfect gift for my client? What would they really like? If I only had the time, I would do it myself. Ever felt this way?
2. How much money should I spend? If I spend X will I look cheap? If I spend Y is that too much? What about that great referral from last week, now that deserves something really nice, but where to begin?
3. Find the gift and wrapping it and writing a heartfelt note and getting it to the client takes real thought, time and effort and I am just too busy to think about this right now. I'll do it later and, oh by the way, later never comes!
Sometimes these concerns swirl around in our brain and we get totally overwhelmed and staying connected with our clients moves to the bottom of the list. The goal is to keep it on top of the list, execute actionable solutions that work and keep your clients thinking about you. How do business owners get on top of this and make it a priority?
Try this...
Establish a budget that makes sense for you and find a company to off-load this task to. Turn it over to someone who can make this happen for you each and every time you need a gift.
Work with a company that has great ideas. One that can create a look and feel that makes your gift-giving unique and memorable. Working with a company that can keep you connected in a meaningful way to your clients makes the most sense. Whether you have 150 clients or 15, figure out who they are and find a gift-giving solution that makes sense for you and for them. This is an issue every company has and one that will not go away. Once the relationship with the gift company is established your life immediately improves. Let them help you design a plan that makes sense.
