Don't let the holiday hustle & bustle get you down.

As we are heading towards the end of the calendar year, many business owners are still deciding what to give to show appreciation, something that will be remembered and will express their utmost gratitude to their valued customers, clients and business partners. My best advice here is to keep it simple. Yes the “Kiss” concept works well at this stage of the game. And here’s why:

- Time is running out
- The goal is to get it done
- And be remembered

But here is the problem. Where is the WOW Factor? Can you pull this off, represent your company well and get that response you really want. When investing time and money in further your relationship with valued clients, you want to KNOW you're going to get it right.

Sometimes we can’t get out of our own way. We know we need to make decisions, but gift-giving can be daunting. When you wait until the last minute, you often don’t have the confidence that the outcome will be worth the effort. So we often leave the decision-making to someone on our team who really is not in a position to do this well. Unfortunately this often is reflected in the gift and the appreciation we wanted to show is greatly diminished. You need to find a company who can pull this off for you with panache and style and will ask the right questions to simplify the process for you and make it meaningful.

There is still time to do it right and do it well. Cementing business relationships is not done with one transaction or one gift. It is a culmination of many activities that build on each other and create a long term connection of confidence and trust. It is earned respect and value and the power of this cannot be underestimated. If you are going to do it, do it well and make you and your company shine!

Cheers,

Becky
